Telephone and online integrative therapy, supervision and coaching (with psychosynthesis counselling, yoga, NLP, EFT and crystals)
Hi, I’m Eve Menezes Cunningham, Reg. MBACP Accred.
I’m self-care coach for your mind, body, heart and soul. I’m also an author and online integrative therapist, supervisor and coach (with psychosynthesis counselling, yoga, NLP, EFT and crystals).
I work with people who are ready to prioritise their mental health and wellbeing. Taking a unique holistic approach, I help them create happier, fuller and more peaceful lives.
I believe that we all know what’s best for ourselves. I love supporting clients, students, supervisees, audiences and readers in tuning into their inner wisdom and helping them tweak (or overhaul) their lives, work and relationships for the better
I was (and remain) my first client. I have personal experience with insomnia (from primary school until my 20s), trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, chronic pain (eased by complementary therapies and big lifestyle changes and a focus on self-care) and, of course (who doesn’t) stress.
I also have personal experience of getting unstuck and making changes – large and small – to transform my own life, guided as much as possible by what brings more joy.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in finding things that work. Tools we can use to help ourselves.
All of the therapies I use have helped me as well as countless clients.
Many of them are things I can teach you to do for yourself. I introduce many of the tools in my book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing (White Owl, 2017, £14.99). Click HERE to read more and access free bonus videos.
As well as sharing these tools with clients and students, I use them daily myself.
I set up my private practice (initially called Apple Coaching) after I qualified as a complementary therapist and life coach in 2004. Since then, I’ve added NLP, EFT, psychosynthesis counselling, integrative coach-therapy (therapeutic coaching), yoga therapy for mental health and integrative clinical supervision. I’m a member of the appropriate professional bodies (click the logos to the right if you’d like to find out more).
I also became a freelance journalist, writing mostly about psychology, health and wellbeing and being in the privileged position of being able to interview some of the biggest names in wellbeing including Martha Beck, Robert Dilts, Paul McKenna, Sonia Choquette and Julia Cameron.
Since 2014, I have served on BACP’s Coaching Executive. I became BACP Coaching Chair in January 2017.
I offer a unique, personalised, collaborative approach. While I’ll draw your attention to potential ways forward in our work together, the choice is always yours.
I look forward to hearing from you if you’d like to work with me.
