Each class includes pranayama (yogic breath practices), asana (poses) and relaxation (yoga nidra or other meditative tools).
All levels welcome - it's about becoming friendlier with your own body and mind.
I teach small, bespoke classes (you can read more about them in Om magazine, below) are at Feel Better Every Day. I currently have an occasional space for the Wednesday lunchtime class (12.30-1.30pm). Due to the regulars, this is a very gentle, nourishing class including a 25/30 minute yoga nidra . It's £10.
