Yoga offers so many benefits, I love coming into organisations (including workplaces, gyms, a rehab centre and hospital) to share simple tools to support people in taking better care of their own bodies and minds.

Classes can be 60, 75 or 90 minutes, depending on your group's needs. I can also offer longer workshops.

Yogic tools (working with the body and breath) also work well in other workshops and talks, helping people to improve their concentration, maximise potential, reduce stress and improve sleep as well as overall wellbeing at work and in their lives.
