By self-care, I mean helping you get to know what YOUR mind, body, heart and soul need.
It might be about setting healthier boundaries and asserting yourself.
Maybe it's about rejecting adverts for things you don't want let alone need (or even things you want but care enough about yourself to look after your financial needs).
Maybe it's about giving yourself permission to really go for it re a goal or dream.
It could be as simple (to say - if it were as simple to do, you'd have already done it) as getting enough nutritious food, exercising, having enough fun, getting enough sleep - what springs to mind for you right now?
